The paintings are purchased as seen. Obvious faults are should be reported within 3 days after receipt, hidden faults directly after their determination. In due time and on legitimate claim, we will at our choice either rectify defects at no charge or refund within a reasonable time. Further claims are excluded.
We are responsible according to the product liability law.
The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, German law applies.
Should individual terms of this contract, including these Terms and Conditions be in part invalid or be incomplete, the remainder of the terms continue to be in force.
